SECTION T - PHOTOGRAPHY - March Show

All photos must be delivered to the showground no later than 5 p.m. on the Thursday night before the show due to the size of section and the need and difficulty in hanging the photos.
Rules: Photos which have won a prize in a previous show are not eligible unless it is at the Delegate Show of the same year.
Entry forms must accompany entries. Photos must be mounted on black or white (not both or other coloured) cardboard with 20mm depth at top for hanging and no diagonally mounted or hung photos. All digitally printed photos must be printed on proper good quality thick glossy or matt paper, not the photo paper resembling reflex paper (Photo paper that stays sticky can cause damage to the photo and other photos. No responsibility by the committee will be accepted for any damage). No photo will be joined on the sheet. Please use sticky photo tabs not photo corners that the photo slips into (the photos fall out) to mount your photos, no sticky tape allowed. Framed Photos not accepted. Any entry not complying with these instructions will be put aside and not judged.
Part A - will consist of all classes numbered 1 - 68 which is the enlargement photos of the photography section. If you enter Part A, you will not be eligible to enter Part B.
Part B - for classes 69 - 98 and is restricted to photos no larger than 7” x 5” If you enter this part of the photography section, you will not be eligible to enter any photos in Part A.
Definitions: A photograph is a visible image originating from the action of light or other forms of radiant energy upon a photo sensitive media or device. The photo must be the entrants own work. Any manipulation or modification to the original is limited to minor retouching of blemishes and must not alter the content of the original scene. Computer generated art/photo must be entirely the entrants own work originating from some form of photo/s or graphics generated by the entrant with proof accompanying the entry. A computer enhanced photo is where an original has been altered, but stays mainly the same. Eg removal of cracks/rubbish from an otherwise good photo etc. It is not a class for manipulation to completely change the photo.

Special award will be the continuation of the Most Successful Exhibitor in The Photography Section at both Bombala and Delegate Shows with prizes for the winner of the open section, the 13 to l7yrs and the 12yrs and under with accumulation of points awarded for Champions, Wins, Seconds and Highly Commended. Prizes for this section is from Fletchers Fotographics Auckland Street Bega and Bombala CTC
